Yes, all our photographs are digitally processed to a high standard and, where appropriate, blue skies are added. We also provide a full digital re-touching and airbrushing service.
Yes, we recommend having a Fourwalls account if you are placing multiple orders. However, we do have the facility to provide the photos, videos and Matterports scans via file transfer.
Yes, personal/family photographs will be blurred in photos and Matterports. For videos, this can be quoted for on a case by case basis as it is a more detailed process.
This is dependent on the size of the property and services ordered. In most cases it should only be a couple of hours.
We encourage clients to dress or stage their properties in advance. Please follow this link for our preparation tips.
Depending on the current COVID status, you are more than welcome to be there during the appointment. An adult will need to be present if there are any under 18 year olds present.
Your Matterport scan will be hosted for 6 months, thereafter additional charges apply.
For standard and photo plus photography, virtual views and Matterports, there is a 1 day turnaround. For premium photography, there is a 2 day turnaround due to the amount of photos and additional editing/processing.
For standard photography, you will receive up to 25 photos. For photo plus, you will receive up to 40 photos. For premium, you will receive approximately 70 – 100 photos.
Your photos will be available for 6 months before they are archived.
Yes, you can request amendments. We recommend doing this within 2 weeks of receiving your video.
Appointment times will vary depending on the services ordered and size of the property. Floor plans and photography services for a modern 4 bed house will need around 90 minutes. The booking team will confirm with you an approximate length of the appointment.
