The Creative department is a rapidly expanding part of the business and instrumental in growing our brand, design and digital services to clients, alongside our well established photography all film. The Creative and UX/UI Designer is a pro-active and driven team leader who has the ability to transform client communication into a workable brief and ensure its delivery. They will have a passion for design and creative output, obsession for detail, and an awareness and enthusiasm for new technologies, applications and output methods.
Main responsibilities
ARTWORKING & DESIGN
- Curate and create designs across a range of print and digital formats using Adobe Creative Cloud and relevant web design platforms.
- Creation of marketing and design campaigns and collateral including proposals, social media etc to meet brand development related requirements for all Fourwalls Group Ltd identities.
- Brand and design development for a host of global brand clients.
- Create visual concepts and prepare images to ensure they meet print and web standards, such as colour, typography and image libraries.
- Assist in producing both internal and external communications using email, HTML emails (eshot/Mailchimp) and alternative communication platforms.
- Ongoing design and development from a UX and UI perspective of Fourwalls Group websites and new and ongoing client website projects.
- Ensure artwork is consistent, accurate and follows any relevant brand guidelines.
- Research and propose concepts for marketing campaigns at Creative department meetings.
PROJECT PARTICIPATION
- Take responsibility for project elements or design projects as a whole or collaborating where required on tasks to ensure delivery within specified deadlines, liasing with external clients where relevant.
- Review and critique the creative output of the department and your colleagues, in the spirit of collaboration and quality assurance.
- Assist with promoting the company and Creative department culture by being collaborative and open with ideas to encourage innovation and passion.
- Provide less experienced colleagues with mentoring and skills support as required.
- Be mindful of internal/external applications of the company branding, ensuring we stay true to the brand guidelines as identified.
- Assist and advise the Creative Support team where required, particularly in relation to brochure design and adhering to company and client brand guidelines.
- Any other departmental support as is required/reasonable.
Specific skills & attributes required
- Expertise in the Adobe CC suite
- Experience in WordPress (including Elementor is preferred)
- Experience in front-end web design and development
- Knowledge of Figma would be beneficial but not essential
- Knowledge of animation/video editing skills on either Premier Pro or After Effects
- General business skills (use of CRM system, MS office and diary management)
- Ability to work proactively using own initiative
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- High levels of organisation and ability to organise others using applicable project management tools
- Track record of working to and meeting deadlines
- Proven creative eye
- Passion for creative research/design trends and development, particularly in relation to the expansion of offered company goods and services

Location: Head Office in Camberley, Surrey. We offer hybrid working with 3 days at the office and 2 days at home each week, after probation.

Job Specification
We are looking for a well-organised administrator to join our team in Camberley. You will be responsible for supporting a team of photographers delivering services to our clients; co-ordinating and scheduling their workload; and understanding client requests and managing internal and external communications. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive a personable and tailored service to build loyalty and ensure repeat business and act as the critical link between clients and photographers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an efficient administrator to join Fourwalls, an exciting, innovative and rapidly expanding business offering a wide range of property marketing and surveying services to estate agents, surveyors and architects including photography, videography, floor plans, EPCs and CGIs.
Main responsibilities
- Organise appointments and assign photographers based on locations and abilities whilst ensuring efficient diary planning and utilisation
- Ensure appointments are booked that meet the Service Level Agreements, alerting the General Operations Manager as to any concerns
- Booking jobs from clients onto our online system
- Liaising with clients and internal departments on photographers’ availability
- Act as the first point of contact for telephone queries; answering questions, redirecting calls and taking messages as required
- Monitoring inboxes and responding to emails and messages (in a timely manner)
- Problem solve and assist with day-to-day issues that may arise and require investigation or escalation
- Improve the photographers’ utilisation and performance by working closely with the local Regional Photography Manager
- Creating and monitoring Excel reports and informing the relevant departments of the results
- Demonstrate the ability to interact, cooperate and establish effective working relationships with photographers and clients
- Monitoring client satisfaction through regular check ins and feeding back to relevant departments
- Manage your own workload in the face of unpredictable and conflicting demands, making adjustments to meet client or Company requirements at short notice
- Performing other office duties to assist the operations department when needed
