Once your order has been entered onto ‘My Fourwalls’ you will receive notifications which keep you up to date at every stage of the process. You can also login to your account to track the progress of an order at any time.

Appointment times will vary depending on the services ordered and size of the property. Floor plans and photography services for a modern 4 bed house will need around 90 minutes. The booking team will confirm with you an approximate length of the appointment.

We usually send your products back the following working day, depending on the nature of the job.
