Due to the pandemic, we know that from a business continuity perspective it is possible for everyone to work from home and the company could manage this in similar circumstances moving forward. We also recognise that certain roles can benefit from being part of an office-based team and some tasks can be carried out more effectively in an office environment, so as a general guide we try to strike a balance and most office roles at Fourwalls provide the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.

Employee wellbeing relates to all aspects of working life, including the environment employees work in, the culture in the workplace and how a workforce feels about their day to day work. We take employee wellbeing very seriously at Fourwalls, we have an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) with Bupa healthcare for all our employees and have two mental health first aiders, along with a flexible, hybrid working policy.
