You can apply and upload your CV, website and/or portfolio examples via our Careers page for consideration at the shortlisting stage (normally within a week of the advert closing). If you have been shortlisted, you will receive a telephone call for screening and may also need to complete an evaluation, depending on the role. We will update you on your progress by email or phone, so please check your emails regularly (including your junk/spam) and be prepared to answer our call.
All of our photographer roles require the successful candidate to hold a current full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points), as travel forms a significant part of the role.
Fourwalls is not a sponsoring organisation and is not in a position to sponsor any applicants or existing employees, so all candidates must have the right to work full time in the UK. Right to work documents will be checked upon offering a position to confirm the candidates right to work in the UK.
Due to the pandemic, we know that from a business continuity perspective it is possible for everyone to work from home and the company could manage this in similar circumstances moving forward. We also recognise that certain roles can benefit from being part of an office-based team and some tasks can be carried out more effectively in an office environment, so as a general guide we try to strike a balance and most office roles at Fourwalls provide the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.
Employee wellbeing relates to all aspects of working life, including the environment employees work in, the culture in the workplace and how a workforce feels about their day to day work. We take employee wellbeing very seriously at Fourwalls, we have an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) with Bupa healthcare for all our employees and have two mental health first aiders, along with a flexible, hybrid working policy.
