We accept cancellations up to 5.00pm on the working day before an appointment without charge, please see 4.6 of our terms and conditions for further details.
We will always try to avoid charging by tying in with others, however if this is not possible and the round trip to collect the keys is in excess of 20 miles we charge £0.45 per mile over 20 miles.
Our payment terms are within 30 days of the invoice date for regular approved clients. In any other cases we charge a deposit payment and use a repeat payment method to collect the balance (should there be one).

Yes, but it is more efficient to pay online using our integrated online payment solution, if payment cannot be made using this system there is a £5.00 + VAT admin fee for payments to be taken manually over the phone.
Yes, if I client has a large volume of orders, we can batch invoices together onto one invoice weekly, fortnightly or monthly invoice. Please contact us to discuss your invoicing preferences.
We send all invoices via email, usually via a link to a PDF. Hard copies can be posted where required.
