Once we’ve completed this onboarding process, copywriting can be ordered via our online system in the same way as our other services.
Yes, copywriting is an add-on service that must be ordered along with a floor plan and full set of photographs, as our writers will need to refer to these to ensure that the text is as accurate and detailed as possible.
Whilst at the property, the photographer will complete a data collection form to gather as much information as possible and will also chat to the vendor if present to establish what they like most about the property, any improvements they might have made or relevant history.
We offer a next working day turnaround, so you will receive the text by close of play on the working day after our visit to the property.
Our copy should always be considered a first draft for the client to proof and tweak themselves if required – we supply the text in an editable Word document to facilitate this.
