Introducing… CHLOE YOUNG, REGIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY MANAGER (CENTRAL REGION)

Chloe joined Fourwalls in 2019 and spends her days travelling to some of the most beautiful homes in and around Warwickshire and the Cotswolds, carrying out a range of property marketing services. On top of this, she also manages and supports the photographers in her region, ensuring stunning and creative results for our clients.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
Having the freedom to be creative and working with so many great like-minded people.
Any guilty pleasures?
An espresso martini!
What’s your earliest Fourwalls memory?
Breaking a camera in my first week of training… yet somehow, I’m still here six years later!
What’s your impulse buy at the supermarket checkout?
Milky Way Magic Stars – the best chocolate. Very nostalgic.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
With a camera in hand, one (or three) dogs and a home of my own.
What do your friends and family think you do at work?
‘Take pretty photos’ which is partly true if Instagram is anything to go by, but there’s so much more to the role!
If you won the lottery, what would you do first?
Book a flight back to Australia!
What career advice would you give your younger self?
Don’t be afraid to try things that feel daunting or out of reach. The mind has a funny way of making reality feel scarier than it really is.
What is your definition of success?
Contentment, peace and being surrounded by people I love.
What training or qualifications have you needed for your role?
I came into the role with a bit of photography experience and no degree qualifications. Passion and a willingness to learn are the driving forces for the role. I started as a trainee and now I’m a Regional Photography Manager!

A Day in the Life of a CGI Artist
At Floorplanz we use CGI artists to create architectural visuals in order to bring a property or new development to life.
