B CORP IMPACT REPORT 2025: HOW DID WE DO?
We’re proud to share our 2025 B Corp Impact Report.
An exciting time for us, as this is our first report since becoming B Corp certified in December 2024. It marks an important step in making our work more intentional, measurable and transparent.
Over the past year, we’ve focused on turning principles into action:
- Achieving a B Corp score of 87.7
- Reinforcing our approach to environmental impact
- Expanding our community engagement and fundraising efforts
- Investing in our people, wellbeing and development
- Continuing to improve how we serve our clients responsibly
The report highlights a strong overall B Corp score of 87.7, reflecting our progress across key areas including environment, community, workers, customers and governance. Environmentally, we’ve focused on practical steps to reduce our carbon footprint, such as lowering office attendance, moving to a smaller workspace and adopting paperless operations. Our community impact has become more structured, with increased volunteering, fundraising and partnerships, including ongoing support for Macmillan Cancer Support – a charity chosen by our staff.
Internally, the business has strengthened our culture through enhanced training, flexible working policies and wellbeing initiatives, achieving high levels of employee satisfaction. Customer experience has also been refined, with improvements to onboarding, communication and service standards.
Governance efforts have centred on formalising policies, improving transparency and embedding sustainable practices into decision-making. Looking ahead, we aim to build on this progress by deepening its impact measurement, strengthening partnerships and continuing to balance commercial success with social and environmental responsibility.
But being a B Corp company isn’t about perfection – it’s about progress. The report highlights what we’ve achieved, where we’re still learning and the commitments we’re making for the year ahead. Because for all of us at Fourwalls, building a better business means continually evolving how we operate, for our team, our clients, our communities and the environment.
